This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou

This 5-star apartment offers a lift. Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking apartment features a sauna. The host was so nice and accomodating. The apartment was awesome. The appliances were new. We had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and quite big. We were 3 couples and we had a lot of space. The location was also excellent. The bus stop is literally right outside. The supermarket is nearby. Highly highly recommend.

Spa facilities include a hot tub, steam bath, sauna, and infrared cabin by Physiotherm. They can be used free of charge. This was a lovely hotel, set within a retirement community. The spa was wonderful at the end of a day of travelling and paragliding. The staff were very helpful. We could check in slightly early and we could leave our luggage in lockers. There is a little room where you can help yourself to tea and coffee during the stay (none provided in the room). The room itself was large and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Studio apartment was clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The building was warm and secure with a free parking spot included. Alex was very helpful.

The reception staff were so helpful and cheerful during check in. Our apartment room (which is mountain view) is spacious and has 180 degrees of the mountain and the city. We dined at the restaurant twice and the staff were so good and the food was five stars. Breakfast was also good with good selection range.
