We loved the location; the room was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. The service and the food were very nice too. It was a perfect way for us to celebrate our anniversary. Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

The rooms are all individually decorated and feature rustic farmhouse furniture. Meet other guests in the friendly lounge or enjoy the outstanding view from the panoramic restaurant with its sunny terrace. Beatenberg/Interlaken was our last stop in Switzerland and our stay at Hotel Fassbind was perfect. The breakfast was superb (everything was fresh). The view from our rooms was stunning. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Although the place was a bit old, it was charming. The furniture was all beautiful and vintage. Our host, Dani, was very friendly and warm. He made us feel at home at his place. It was like staying with a friend. The property was a 25-min bus ride from Interlaken. The bus rides were free because we had guest cards. There's a nearby trekking trail that we explored one morning. Stunning views of the lake and the mountains. (Bonus: Dani's dog, Heidi, is the most adorable thing you'll ever see.)

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking chalet has a sauna. The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!
