I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Okouzlující hotel Fassbind ve stylu horské chaty se nachází na klidném místě v Beatenbergu vysoko nad jezerem Thun s výhledem na impozantní hory Eiger, Mönch a Jungfrau. Beatenberg/Interlaken was our last stop in Switzerland and our stay at Hotel Fassbind was perfect. The breakfast was superb (everything was fresh). The view from our rooms was stunning. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Although the place was a bit old, it was charming. The furniture was all beautiful and vintage. Our host, Dani, was very friendly and warm. He made us feel at home at his place. It was like staying with a friend. The property was a 25-min bus ride from Interlaken. The bus rides were free because we had guest cards. There's a nearby trekking trail that we explored one morning. Stunning views of the lake and the mountains. (Bonus: Dani's dog, Heidi, is the most adorable thing you'll ever see.)

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. Beautiful location with great views of the lake. The food was amazing. Sauna and swimming pool were of very high standards. The staff really make an effort to help you enjoy the place. The bar had amazing cocktails and we really enjoyed the walks and boat trip organised by the hotel.

Enjoy the view of the most beautiful bay in Europe and the mountains of the Jungfrau region during your stay at Eden Spiez. The staff always made me feel welcome and appreciated, very personable and lots of attention to detail. Special thanks to Alex ant the front desk and Roman at the Spa for their kindness. The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Incredible breakfast with wonderful staff.

SwissHut Modern Chalet with Spa - Chalet Beunden se nachází v destinaci Beatenberg a poskytuje balkon, zahradu a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Grindelwald Terminal se nachází 27 km daleko. The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Place is in amazing localization and is very spacious. Flat has absolutely everything needed and is very comfortable. Owner is super helpful. Oberhofen is peaceful and pleasant.
