This is an amazing place to stay in bern. Great location, great amenities. Stay here you won't regret it. The kitchen is equipped suffiently. We made fondue 2x and did not have a problem cooking that or breakfast every morning.

The hotel is part of of the Westside Shopping Centre including a food court, a cinema and sports facilities. The location was fantastic, the food was exceptional, breakfast especially. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The place was super clean, to an incredibly high spec, in all areas. Could not fault this place, would highly recommend.

Massages, soft packs, a Venus bath, a solarium and 2 cabins for cosmetic treatments are also available. The location is perfect. The center is reachable in a few minutes. My dog was greeted with the finest dog food and bowls for his convenience. The front desk staff is very friendly. The bed is comfy, and the bathroom is clean.

The public transport links are right in front of the hotel, and WiFi is free. Guests can use the public transports in Bern for free. All of our stay exceeded expectations. From the friendly staff at check in to the lovely dinner served to us late at night (we arrived off the eurail late so got to the hotel right as dining was closing but they happily accommodated my kids and I at the restaurant). The third bed was made up for my son upon arrival and the room was spotless. The pool and gym were a bonus. Much appreciated this lovely stay!
