Located within a private park on the shore of Lake Lucerne, Seehotel Waldstätterhof Swiss Quality is set in a building from 1870. It features its own access to the lake, free WiFi, and a spa area. Location was excellent, the view from the room was beyond the dreams. Breakfast was so rich and organized.

This place feels like home and I am definitely staying there again. Everything was amazing! Ahhh, and how about the view?? Stunning!! The room/bed was comfy, the other guests were super nice and Ray, the host, he was super easygoing and welcoming. THE BEST HOSTEL EVER!!! :D

The luxurious Park Hotel Vitznau right at the banks of Lake Lucerne has been entirely renovated in 2012 and 2013 and features its own private beach, 2 restaurants, a large spa area and free garage... This is one of the best hotels out there. From the very start the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was absolutely stunning and the food was 10/10. It's located in a cute/quiet town. It's absolutely perfect for a Christmas holiday!

The Hotel Vitznauerhof - Lifestyle Hideaway at Lake Lucerne is located at the foothills of Mount Rigi on the shores of Lake Lucerne, in the heart of Central Switzerland. I booked this for my daughter and her partner. She also stayed at the Waldorf Versaille which actually had fireworks that she could see from her room overlooking the palace.
