Alma Hotel - Boutique hideaway by the lake with rooftop and ladies-only wellness enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus... The hotel is situated in a beautiful building and it is very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. All products used are of extremely high quality (soap, food). There is a spa in the hotel which one can book. The location is fabulous - just 1 minute walk from the lake and a short tram ride from the center. But the best is the super friendly staff :)!

Tertianum Parkresidenz Meilen propone alloggi a Meilen, a 14 km da Teatro dell'Opera di Zurigo e 14 km da Bellevueplatz. We like the location that we could walk to the lake and enjoy the view over the water. It was also very touching to see the amazing staff and the heart that they showed to the elder residents who live there.

Situato a Zurigo, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Ferroviaria di Oerlikon e a 900 metri dal polo fieristico Messe Zurich, l'Acasa Suites Zurich Oerlikon offre sistemazioni con WiFi gratuito, un... The reception staff specifically Eugeen. This young man bent over backwards to help us with directions, even walking outside to show us which to go. He also took care of my wife who's hair had issues with the conditioner provided by the hotel. Instead of simply saying that's all we have, he made a phone call and there was different conditioner in our room when we returned to the hotel that same day. That conditioner was wonderful. He also had a room set up special for our anniversary. Cannot say enough good about Eugene. Only problem lies in that there are not enough Acasa hotels so when we visit other countries we cannot enjoy the same class of service and wonderful breakfast. The in room bar is full of unexpected surprises. the front desk, bell boys restaurant waiters food are all tip top. The broom is luxurious and the spa to perfection.

Set on the car-free Uetliberg mountain, surrounded by nature and hiking paths, the award-winning Hotel UTO KULM car-free hideaway in Zurich presents a stylish design with a sauna area and unique views... This hotel is a great 4 star. It is not anywhere near Zurich. I booked it by mistake but I was offered a discount. Getting to the hotel was hell. They have a temporary buses to get there. Do not trust Google map. Go to the tourist office and get the detail steps to get there. Something missing in Switzerland is the signs. We couldn't locate The EV1 bus stop and walked a mile rolling our luggage. Finally, when you get to Utelberg, Google says walk 8 minutes. No, it was a 30 minutes uphill walk with our luggage. We were exhausted. Here is a tip- call the hotel and they will transport your luggage. The big fuss is that this is a no car zone. So, no taxi no Uber. We stayed here 2 nights- our beginning of our 8 days in Switzerland. I came here to ride the Swiss trains. It was my dream to ride trains. I enjoyed the trains so much.

A particular incident stands out: when a fellow guest accidentally left their iPad before a same-day flight, Mr. Mahakumara personally arranged international shipping to America. This level of attentive problem-solving exemplifies his commitment to guest satisfaction. Having experienced luxury hotels worldwide, the environment Mr. Mahakumara has created is truly distinctive. He achieves the perfect balance of five-star service while maintaining an atmosphere of genuine warmth.
