I loved everything about this hotel. It was in an excellent location, across Xintiandi where there was no shortage of restaurant options. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was an array of amenities, the shower was amazing. The heated toilet seat has forever changed me. As this was a work trip, i was grateful for the many charging points, and the stationery that was available in-room. Breakfast was excellent, there was a very good and healthy variety.

The gymnasium is equipped with an array of cardiovascular equipment along with satellite television screens. The hotel presents nearly 8,000 square metres of versatile event space, including 12 function rooms ranging in size from 47 square metres to 510 square metres with professional audio-visual facilities. The two pillar-free Grand Ballrooms can accommodate approximately 1,500 people and 1,700 people, respectively, for cocktail parties. Clean, clothes hanged and room always smelling nice. Superb work by the housekeepers!

Innovative in design, 5,800 square metre of function space, including the 2,050 square metre Great Room and 12 function rooms illuminated in natural light, ensures extraordinary meetings experience. The location was amazing. The room also, I was in a mega room with a spectacular view. Special thanks to Claire form the department loyalty who helped me a lot at the check in with very good advise. It was a pleasure to make the check out with her also. The breakfast was very good and planty of choices. I’m a W fan and this one in Shanghai is one of the best.
