What stood out the most was the exceptional service, particularly from Lau and Caro. Moreover, the prices are very reasonable, and they offer a delicious menu (make sure to try the "cazuela de mariscos"). From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly special. They upgraded our room at no extra cost and were very attentive to our needs. A highlight for us was celebrating my sister's birthday during our stay. The hotel graciously treated us to a cocktail and some pancakes for the occasion, a gesture that was greatly appreciated. Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend this place. The staff of this hotel was really exeptional. Attentive and of great service. You have local fishermen selling you lobsters which you can buy directly from them and then you only pay the hotel 50K pesos to cook it for you. We tried it over dinner one day and it was delicious! Food and drinks were reasonably priced and no more expensive than Cartagena. Room was comfortable and breezy with ceiling fans. Overal a great experience.
