The staff genuinely want you to have an amazing holiday , from the moment we arrived to the day that we left we felt looked after. The hotel has excellent facilities, the food was exceptional and the location is perfect. We will be back.

Room was clean, well equiped and comfortable. We loved spending time by the large outdoor pool. Lounge chairs were always free,water was very warm and perfect for swimming. No noise could be heard from other rooms. Pool and other facilities were amazing :) Cats walking around outdoor pool were charming and sweet.

Hotel staff are at the top of their game - efficient, friendly, and clearly customer-focused. Our room was upgraded to a cabana, which provided a beautiful view and dedicated lounges. The room was well appointed, comfortable, and extremely clean. The pools are gorgeous, restaurants excellent, and amenities plentiful. I also appreciated their dedicated app for guest services such as housekeeping, ordering room service (directly to your lounge chair), and other items. Truly a four star experience.

The Elysium features a stunning multi-level outdoor pool, including a hydro-massage area. Guests may relax with a drink at the swim-up bar, while those staying in the Royal wing may enjoy the adults-only Royal pool. Everything was top-notch — from the delicious food to the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly professional and kind, making us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable — clearly maintained to the highest standards. We especially loved the night shows, which offered stunning views of both the pool and the sea. Service was truly 5 stars. Highly recommended!
