Bellissimo hotel in stile tipicamente alpino raffinato. Buffet della colazione variegato, abbondante e di ottima qualità. Personale molto gentile e attento. Comodo parcheggio privato. Peccato esser rimasti solo una notte e non aver potuto provare anche la zona wellness che sarà stata sicuramente all’altezza.

Set within Berchtesgaden National Park, at the foot of Watzmann Mountain, Berghotel Rehlegg offers traditional Bavarian accommodation. It really is the most beautiful hotel in a stunning location. All of the faciliites were lovely in particular the outside swimming pool and I very much appreciated the indoor pool being open 24 hours. Potentially the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I felt incredibly rested after my stay. Some really thoughtful small touches such as wine/champagne at reception for guests and coffee in the morning to take with you as you start your day. I also loved the gift of a loaf of sourdough at the end of my trip - a very nice touch. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Can't fault anything about my trip at all.

The Alpenglühn Apartments - Adult Only ab Februar 2026 offers breathtaking views of the Bavarian Alps. The combination af surroundings, facilities, service and quality will be a hard match anywhere. However, my bet is that you will be even harder pressed to find a match to the ever present host Peter, no matter where you look. He and his crew takes such great pride in your stay being perfect, in a way I have not met anywhere else. The perfect combination of personnal and professional. My only hesitation when recommending Alpenglühn, is the fact that I would like to keep it a secret, to make sure there will still be room for me…
