The facility is very nice with their own restaurant. The room was excellent with a wonderful view on the Elba River. There is a free parking lot. The hotel and restaurant stuff is professional and kind. The food was delicious and variet. Is a peaceful place.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with a huge parking lot and perfect connection to the public transport of Hamburg. It takes only a few minutes with the bus to the next train station and only 45 Minutes to reach the city center. The Spa offerings are a delight. For us the breakfast was our personal highlight of the day. The selection is phenomenal and the staff acts attentive and discreet. We loved our stay.

Conrad Hamburg welcomes guests to a luxurious stay in the heart of the city, set within the historic Levantehaus on Mönckebergstraße. Newly opened, 5-star, clean, cosy big room, quiet, luxury, big bathroom with big closets, very comfortable bed , perfect location, in a lovely historical building. Friendly staff with good service. Very updated power outlets next to the bed. Definitely will return to stay here.
