The upper apartment was wonderful, spacious and well stocked. There were great little details like a fruit basket in the well stocked kitchen with mineral water at bedside.

This unique, 4-star hotel lies right at the edge of the protected Lunenburg Heath, 4 kilometres from the nearest train station and 5 kilometres north of picturesque Schneverdingen. The location is incredibly beautiful and the rooms are modern, shower amazing, view from the rooms is spectacular. Sunrise and morning in particular. Seldom have I had a better breakfast - the ingredients were so good. Dinner was also very good. We did not stay for very long, but there are so many beautiful hikes and other fun outdoor activities to do in the area.
