Great location at the heart of Madrid with easy access to all of the main sightseeings and a really nice exterior. The communication before our arrival was perfect, the staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel restaurant is a top place to dine. The pool and sauna are a nice bonus at the end of the day. We had a double room that is a bit smaller if traveling with a child but is a great for couples.
