Me and my husband had an absolutely perfect stay at Pestana. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid

Il Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá - The Leading Hotels of the World si trova a 300 metri dal Palazzo Reale, dal Teatro Real e da Duomo di Madrid. Wonderful stay for Christmas, stunning decorations and the staff made us feel welcome at the holidays. The room was lovely and very comfortable. They left little gifts for Christmas Eve and Christmas day. It was December, but even so, we could go up to the rooftop area during a sunny day and it was so beautiful. Loved the outdoor courtyard as well. Would love to come back in warm weather!

Questo elegante hotel è situato nel cuore di Madrid, vicino al Santiago Bernabéu, il famoso stadio del Real Madrid, e alle imponenti Torri Kio. Upgrading was easy due to the reception staff. Other features like late leaving etc were made easier than other hotels with the hotels subsequent email and website. The VIP breakfast room was really inviting and although we did not use it every day, one of the members of staff came over to us in the main room to get any additional order outside of that room. This completely unexpected and above what we felt was necessary. We were impressed. The breakfasts are really exceptional, with an excellent choice of fruit, asian, spanish, continental or full english items, healthy options, quesadillas, sandwiches, cold meats, cheeses, pancakes, omelettes and egg types at request, pancakes, various juices and staff also visit with juice shots which is a nice touch found in a few hotels nowadays. We have stayed in a few hotels in Madrid and this was the best so far. A good choice of drinks, sparkling wines, even fresh tomato juice and vodka should you want a bloody mary. The VIP area also provides a few signature features that is a nice touch and modified the eggs benedict for me to an eggs royale. The omelette my wife had was really great. I honestly wish I could have eaten more, but was full after a relatively normal amount of food. It was easy as well to eat healthy, or not, it is up to you. I think the coffee area in the VIP would benefit from a barista and commercial espresso machine vs a an automatic bean to cup machine, but that's probably asking a lot. I look forward to staying here again. No issues with wifi.

Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality.
