Rooms are exceptionally clean and beautiful. Impressive artistic touches throughout the hotel. One of the best hotel gyms I've visited. Would love to stay there again!

From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave nothing is too much trouble . From Tony and Michael at front of house to Ben on reception the welcome was warm and genuine . The residents lounge is lovely and Hannah and Teng are so friendly and helpful . Rooms are spacious , spotless and so comfortable . Turndown service is a nice touch . We was lucky enough to be staying when the Christmas decorations went up and they are stunning . American bar is great and service excellent . We finished off with Sunday Lunch at the Savoy Grill and it was superb. Fantastic stay and one we shall repeat

Overlooking Kensington Palace and Gardens, this intimate hotel is just 10 minutes' walk from leafy Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. This hotel was amazing. The staff were on top of everything and so friendly. The rooms are beautiful and kept immaculately clean.
