They say the love is in the details and this property was Exhibit A. The owner lives on property and went above and beyond to make us so comfortable. Plus, our beloved dog passed away last year and Barry had two of the most darling puppies you’ve ever seen. They did our hearts good. Amy manages the spa and treatment rooms and was precious. And Chantelle {I so hope I spelled that right} had our room looking like something out of a magazine when we arrived. You will LOVE every minute of your stay here.

The Midland is an award-winning, 4-star luxury hotel with a spa in Manchester city centre. It offers stylish, air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Cleaning staff were very nice. Super spacious and comfortable room. A thinner blanket option was desirable.

Opposite Manchester Piccadilly Station, this beautifully converted Victorian warehouse has boutique bedrooms. In Manchester’s vibrant centre, the hotel also features a brasserie and fitness centre. A very trendy, interesting hotel, we loved the different decor. Appreciated that we could check in on arrival early. Rooms are decorated beautifully, and have good facilities. As we were only staying one night, in transit prior to flying home after 2 months away, it was super convenient to have dinner on site, and we enjoyed a special meal deal.

It's one of my favourites in the whole country. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean and a decent size. The breakfast is outstanding. All the dishes I have tried on the evening menu have been superb. The staff are excellent. And on top of this you get free access to a pool and spa with a jacuzzi, steam room, ice room, aroma room, two types of sauna. And the surroundings are very tranquil. Just a brilliant place to stay.
