The property features river and garden views, and is 17 km from Heaton Park. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. EVERYTHING! It was stunning. They say the love is in the details and this property was Exhibit A. The owner lives on property and went above and beyond to make us so comfortable. Plus, our beloved dog passed away last year and Barry had two of the most darling puppies you’ve ever seen. They did our hearts good. Amy manages the spa and treatment rooms and was precious. And Chantelle {I so hope I spelled that right} had our room looking like something out of a magazine when we arrived. You will LOVE every minute of your stay here.

I chose this hotel due to the early check in option which is available depending on room availability. The climate controlled room andsound proof room made for a good nights sleep. The breakfast had an excellent choice of hot and cold foods and staff were really helpful and friendly connecting me to the wifi - thanks Jamalia! The small gym was never busy and the equipment was in good order. The location was a real bonus being a short walk to both metro and train. As a single female traveler I felt secure and safe with the desk set up and extra security when there was a sports event on. I would recommend this to singles couples and families better if you don’t have a car.

A booking is required to access the spa, which can be made by dialling extension 25 or visiting the spa on the lower ground floor. Perfeckt location. Elizabeth from breakfast, she is the best lady! Helped sooo much every day!

The chic rooms have luxurious beds and intimate mood lighting. Rooms also feature a plasma-screen TV and high-speed internet access, and the modern bathrooms have power showers and exclusive toiletries. A very trendy, interesting hotel, we loved the different decor. Appreciated that we could check in on arrival early. Rooms are decorated beautifully, and have good facilities. As we were only staying one night, in transit prior to flying home after 2 months away, it was super convenient to have dinner on site, and we enjoyed a special meal deal.

The Thermal Suites — including the hydro pool, Jacuzzi, snail showers (2), aroma room, steam room, ice room, rock sauna, and bio sauna — will be closed for maintenance.

The rooms at Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa are spacious and they all have a bath and a shower as well as tea/coffee making facilities. I really liked the room and the bed, lunch and dinner were great. The restaurant attendant was alone but was very attentive and kind.

Guests have use of the Waterside Leisure Club, which features a 25-metre swimming pool, a hydrotherapy pool, thermal suites, saunas, steam rooms and a gym. The gym includes free weights, a resistance area, cardio room, functional rig and designated BOX12 studio as well as a bespoke recovery area. Very clean, friendly staff, and the pool + fitness staff was amazing!
