The staff are vrey helpful and sincere to care for our stay with smiling faces. The breakfast is really exceptionally good and ample portion, we cannot take it all. The environment of this hotel is quiet, the hotel itself is well decorated.

I liked everything, I felt like im in second home Shota was super helpful, since my first day until the last day he was so helpful I liked the property, jacuzzi international breakfast was soooo yummy! Even the dinner menu 👌🏻 Definitely i will rebook my stay, shota made my stay more joyful by always affording help and activities with really good prices!

Location is excellent, literally next to the supermarket SPAR and Mr Michael is super helpful during my whole trip . He assisted me with my request all the time and showing me around ,share information regarding Gudauri. Even when I finished my stay he also helped me to store my luggage. Thanks for his great hospitality I have enjoyed my stay.

In the apartment you will find everything for a happy and pleasant stay, in front of you there is a food facility ,food market, a pharmacy for your needs and what is most important and appreciated, in the apartment you will find a first aid kit, there are all kinds of appliances, all this creates a wonderful and cozy environment. We absolutely loved the vibrant atmosphere of the apartment and its excellent location. The space is quite spacious, even for three people. We are especially grateful to the hosts for allowing us to stay with our dog. The host is very kind and responsive, always available to help! Highly recommend this place and would love to come back!
