Attentive, helpful and accommodating staff. Hotel is beautifully decorated, live piano music in the evening is amazing. Everything and everyone in hotel make you feel welcome. Breakfast had caviar and champagne, you can request any kind of eggs ( Benedict one was delicious), something new was at the breakfast every day, pastry, cheesecakes were yummy. Shower was clean, good water pressure and powerful hairdryer ( yes, it is important for ladies with long hair :) Private spa is something that I have never seen before. Honestly, one of the best hotel we have ever stayed.
