The hotel itself is very pleasant and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can. Our room was even better than in the photos, spacious, comfortable, A/C, Wi-fi, personal swimming pool and long chairs, with everything you might need during your stay. The breakfast was high quality, you do have to chose in advance, meaning the previous day, what you will want but it's well worth it and with lots of options to chose from. Another positive point was a parking spot in their garage since we had a rented car. The hotel also has a little gym room, pool and spa, which we end up not using due to other activities we had planned but it looked nice and can be a plus for some people. Lastly, the location is good if you want to escape the "city center rush" and have a beautiful (but distant) view on the port and shore. However going to the center of Chania will require some compromise. We had our own car so it was fine to go but finding a parking spot (in particular for free) can be a challenge. Walking is possible but it will take quite some time. The alternatives are then bus or taxi, which give you less freedom or the need to pay. In any case, we truly enjoyed the entire experience, we were definitely happy with our stay!

The place is just amazing, the accommodations are super nice with such a beautiful view on the sea. Furthermore the people are so nice, special thanks to Aspa & Minos who make this stay unbelievable ! Between the perfect cocktails of Aspa and the really good wine & food recommendations of Minos, we lived in a dream !

Everything was amazing. Bright, cool, clean room. Friendly staff, sea view from balcony. Fantastic!

The summer blanket was thin - so the staff delivered thicker blankets for us the next day. They were so courteous and quick to respond. Always went above and beyond. The view from the room was unreal and it was so clean too.

The staff was very friendly, smiling all the time, and willing to help. The breakfast was amazing: a totally different concept, very good and tasty. On Monday evening there was a Greek night, with live music, dancing. We requested and obtained late check out. When we left the hotel, we received a small gift from their side.
