It was quite hard to communicate with the reception and concierge. Food quality was very good, tasty, healthy, great variety. F&B manager works very well, very well organised work in all the catering areas. Immediately taking care of empty tables and preparing for another guests on peak time. Room 3304 was amazing. We adored the view, the big balcony, the bed, shower. Absolutely loved it. All buggy drivers were very positive, cheerful and helpful. The garden is amazing, so well kept and looked after very well. Main bar staff very professional, very positive, very frendly.

The kitchen had all the appliances the living room had a couch that converts to a bed, also very comfortable. The location was really close to the old town and city center. Wifi and tv also were there and working normally with netflix and everyone. Also air conditioners were at every room and we had a great time

I want to thank Kate and Theo for wonderful time I had in Agios Stefanos at their hotel. The hotel features an indoor pool, sauna, entertainment staff and a kids' club. The facilities were amazing and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The whole resort was clean and tidy beyond expectations. The added bonus of the private beach with private transfers was great.

Service and accommodation were on exceptional level. We never experienced such an outstanding treatment. Beach was great, and services provided by the bar crew were also amazing.

Staff dedication to providing top-notch service made me feel like a valued traveller. Pool was a refreshing spot to relax and the private beach area added to the hotel's allure and the room service was kind and attentive. I'll be back for more days.

Wow We loved the heartful, welcoming, friendly and willing to help attitude of all the staff - reception, restaurant, pool, cleaning, room service, rides etc. We loved the little things making such a huge impact (small drinks, water, little gifts) which were so spot in place, so lovely and sweet. We loved the views from everywhere to everywhere - the sea and montains, the hotel architecture, the cobble stones and gardening, the pool area, the reception hall. The suite, kindly upgraded, was so inviting and comfortable. We have had such a great time at Nido. Our hearts, our eyes, our souls got a boost of relaxation and good energies.
