The property is around 2.9 km from Exo Gialos Beach, 11 km from Santorini Port and 12 km from Ancient Thera. The hotel has a hot tub, room service and free WiFi. We had such a wonderful stay — from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully designed, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary water, coffee, and high-quality toiletries, which made the experience feel extra special. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Dior and her team for doing such an amazing job! We also loved the location — it was perfect for exploring the area while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this stay made our trip truly memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run, outstanding place to stay.

Location is great - very close to 2 nice beaches, which are walking distance, but hotel offers free shuttles any time on request which was very convenient. Breakfast is more like a dinner here with extreme level of variety of food, hot dishes, a lot of local specialties, fresh juices etc. - really great! Free daily supply of still water bottles in a room is a nice touch. Bus stop is in front of hotel and each 30 minutes you can get into town and back in 10 minutes for less than 2 eur (taxi will cost around 35 eur). Staff is incredible, you will always feel welcome and like at home. Pool area is also nice and views from hotel are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!

The facilities and compliement is very good..there is beach and little port and shuttle free to mykonos town or to airport/port..the stuff very friendly, breakfast is delivious and has many variety of food..the sunset view from our room is amazing and the most important thing is bidet spray! I appreciate it soo much because hotel in europe rarely have bidet spray ☺️

Our stay at Kastelli was just perfect. The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean, in a great location, with great facilities. We were welcomed upon arrival, given a complimentary drink and then a short tour of the property. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a suite and we had spectacular views of the sunrise. The main pool was beautiful but there are also several smaller quite pools dotted around the property. Breakfast was great, lunch and drinks were great and all reasonably priced. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Location wise you cannot go wrong, you can exit the proprty from the rear and walk 2 mins along a well lit footpath that is perfectly safe to reach shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. Don't stay anywhere else in Kamari, this property is wonderful.

Breakfast didn’t have a big variety and cappuccino was for an extra charge, but overall it was fine. Special thanks to the night staff member who was extremely helpful with everything and also assisted us with our luggage in the morning before the bellboy arrived
