The hotel has a beautiful dog park - the best we have seen! The staff was very helpful, pleasant and polite. The room and bathroom were clean, roomy and had all we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet - we could not hear any noises - and we were able to relax and get a good night's rest. The breakfast was very nice. The Orange Grove restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and kitchen.

Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. Love this hotel, centrally located, just a short stroll to eateries, shops and attractions. Nice comfy rooms with large bathrooms. Very nice and polite staff, with an exceptional breakfast buffet, boasting a huge variety of tastes and flavors. Have stayed at this hotel many time without disappointment, highly recommend it, do yourself a favor and enjoy some luxury.

The staff was outstanding! Cleaning service was quick and thorough! The food for a buffet was amazing and had many options! The beach service was great too, the water was kinda wavy when we were there but it was still great! They got us cakes for mine and my husband’s birthdays which we didn’t expect and we told them beforehand that we were going there for our honeymoon and they had a lot of good stuff waiting for us in the room! Other than having loud upstairs neighbors the last 2 days everything else was an Amazing experience!!!
