Friendly staff at the reception are happy to assist you with room service, currency exchange and day trips. This was definitely one of the best hotel experiences I have had so far. The location of the hotel is the best - right on the beautiful beach surrounded by well maintaned tropical garden but also a short walk from the street with plenty of restaurants, bars and stores; the breakfast was another level - high variety of food/ fruits and different options every morning; all the staff was attentive, always present but never too close and pushy; the beach was clean and nice to swim with comfortable sunbeds; the prices at the beach (coffee, beer, coconut) were reasonable; the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and pillows; they also prepared a little surprise in the room for my friend’s birthday. This list could go on and on so I will wrap it up and say Thank you, I have finally found the most relaxing place in Bali which ticked all the boxes, see you again (I hope soon)!

The room itself is amazing , all new equipped, the staff is very kind and polite , always available for everything! Totally recommend this hotel , especially for couples :)

Guests will also enjoy free use of bicycles, free one-way airport transfer and free WiFi access. Everything was perfect for us. Great bungalow, nice pool in a beautiful garden. Add the delicious breakfast, great food at night and you get a near perfect holiday. Best of all was the entire staff: every member made sure all service is spotless. My wife needed a doctor after a accident, the hotel arranged it all.

Ellora's Spa features a relaxing menu of body massage, facials and manicures. Guests can also rent a bicycle for free to enjoy the scenic views, or read a book in the library. Very private, self contained villa in a good location. Close to the new mall, but far enough away not to hear any noise or traffic. It was cleaned daily by a very nice staff.

Zen Villas Sanur is an amazing villa park with fully separated villas (houses) equipped with own pools, amazing outdoor and indoor bathrooms, beautiful gardens. The villa park has an own reception desk with full customer support. It was a unique experience, that breakfast is solved in a way mixing the "service" with the private villa-concept: guests can choose breakfast from a menu (all kinds of breakfasts available: e.g. toast, different eggs, granola/müzli, sweet selection) and based on the pre-ordered choice and indicated time, a nice lady arrives to your villa, who literally prepares the requested breakfast in your villa's kitchen. :-) They prepare the table and leave. (After breakfast cleaning is also part of the "room service"). The villas are beautiful. Location is in narrow streets of Sanur, but beach is app. 15 minute walk, within 10 minute walk restaurants, massage slots, shops are reachable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our private pool after days in Bali's heat & humidity then into our comfortable air conditioned bedroom complete with insect repellent! Our villa was exactly as pictured in the promotional material. Included breakfast in the on-site restaurant each morning was a great way to discover Balinese foods with an extensive menu. We enjoyed 2 dinners there as well instead of going off site. I had a really wonderful massage with Devie and Jay enjoyed his pedicure. Transportation provided (when stay is 3+ days) from the cruise port to the Villas on our arrival and to the airport at our departure. We opted to extend our last day and check out at 6 p.m. instead of noon as our flight was not until 9:30 that evening for a reasonable half the room rate! A great value for the privacy & foods offered! HIGHLY recommend!
