I would give more than 10 if I could. The resort itself is absolutely stunning! The rooms were massive and clean and had everything you could need. We spent 2 days for my partners birthday and they set up the room beautifully with decorations on the bed and wishes for him. The staff are beyond accommodating and always smiling. We loved everything about our stay there and really wish we could have extended it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a true treat for the senses.

The Koho Air Hotel is a little slice of paradise on a small laid back peaceful island. It is perfectly situated 2min from the ferry and outside of the main road so it’s quiet. My room was clean and spacious. Pool area is really nice too. Staff is friendly and always ready to help

Ponte villas is an outstanding property and the staff are just as kind and caring. Dani, the manager, arranged for our arrival and brought our bags straight to the hotel after we got off our private transport. From that moment, the staff took care of us like family. Ponte is an oasis in Gili T. Private and quiet that feels like you have escaped the hustle and bustle. The room was immaculate for our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Breakfast and the bbq dinner were delicious. Location is on the quieter side of the island and right next to some great restaurants and sunset views. The spa and massages were so good we had to go twice! I wish we stayed longer. Thank you to Mehrun and all the other staff who made us feel welcome and cared for. He even brought our luggage straight to the port and got us right on our private boat transfer out. Unforgettable care and hospitality. Look forward to visiting again!

Situated in Gili Trawangan, PinkCoco Gili Trawangan - Constant Surprises - for Cool Adults Only features unique sunset views. Free WiFi access and free private parking are available. The staff, location, food… pinkcoco is simply amazing! They bring you food and drinks for free while you’re enjoying the pool, and they take care of every detail. The room was really nice and clean. And they have a show every night for their guests. Sunsets from this beach are speechless. A really good option for accommodation in this beautiful island.

Truly a remarkable place and the best stay we’ve had on this trip through Bali and this little bit of Lombok. The facilities were lovely but not overly fussy. The staff were friendly and attentive with being intrusive. The room had lots of natural light and good translucent curtains that allowed in the sunshine without putting us on display. The location was an about 50 meters from the main road with stores and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the harbor where we arrived and also booked our snorkeling trip. From there it was a 5 to 10 minutes clockwise around the island for the best sunset beachfront drinks and dining or 5 to 10 minutes counter clockwise for yoga, more restaurants overlooking Lombok (I assume you might also see a sunrise there you were a sunrise kind of person) and some great snorkeling from the beach. We spent a week there on our month-long vacation and, while that’s longer than you need to see Gili Air, I don’t regret a day.

The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming, you’ll get everything you will ask for with a smile. We’ve been to many resorts all over the world but the service in this one was honestly mind blowing, they have an application that you download at your arrival that allows you do ask for pretty much everything (room service, reservations, talking to the staff to ask for anything…) and they respond very quickly, you can even order the type of pillow you want !! The rooms are very spacious with a beautiful terrasse with a direct accès to a more private pool, where you can just relax after a day at the beach They have a gym that is open 24/24 . The food was honestly really good, it was so good that we pretty much ate at the hotel almost during the whole stay and the prices are great. They have a wonderful beach club probably the prettiest of the island, watching the sunset there was just unique. Our stay at Gili T was the highlight of our trip thanks to the hotel, they do everything they can to make you feel relaxed and careless. If we ever come back to Gili T, I would choose this hotel without any hesitation, thank you Cocana !
