The food was amazing with picturesque views, the room and bed was so comfortable, and the staff were all so incredibly kind and helpful! Special mention for the spa, so fantastic we went all 3 days! Also recommend going to their sunrise resto on top of a hill for the great views.

It was simply an amazing experience staying at the Plataran Borobudur, just minutes away and overlooking the famous temple. We chose it for our 25th wedding anniversary getaway, and apart from the huge room within its own private sanctuary, private pool overlooking the Jogja mountains and beautiful grounds including a mini zoo, what really blew us away was the level of attention lavished on us as guests. Every request was attended to promptly, with every effort made to accommodate our plans. And the service recovery to make up for some renovation noise around our villa really went above and beyond. Truly outstanding!
