Loved many aspects of my stay - beautiful interior decor, clean & spacious rooms, proximity to the shops & the fabulous staff! 😊 The hotel staff are attentive to detail & will go the extra mile, which is especially important since I had an elderly parent on a wheelchair in my travel group. Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!

L’établissement MORAZEN Surabaya bénéficie d’une situation géographique idéale dans le quartier Genteng de Surabaya, à respectivement 700 mètres, 400 mètres et 700 mètres de ces lieux d’intérêt :... Le personnel était au top, prévenant et sympathique. Le buffet du matin est aussi assez vaste, ils ont toujours aidé à comprendre quels étaient les plats. Les lits étaient TRÈS confortables, avec plusieurs oreillers.

The main reason I chose this hotel because of the location and facilities. The staff is so friendly. Upon arrival from Ijen hiking I was greet by the receptionist and gave us a short brief about hotel. Welcome drink and warm towel provided. I don't have to wait long to check in. Restaurant offered a variety of dish. From local to international cuisine. Gym and swimming pool are available too. Very clean and well maintain by the staff. Landscape around the hotel is so green. Feel fresh. Restaurant is open air concept. Guest can enjoy the meals nicely and calm and the view is breathtaking. The hotel is just beside the sea and offered the view of Bali island on the side of Banyuwangi. Room was nicely done. Comfortable bed and very spacious. At night, guest can just sit at the balcony and enjoy the sound of the sea. Morning will be greet by the sound of the birds.

Charming set of small houses with a nice courtyard in the middle for meeting people. It was also possible make your own coffee, etc. It also had a nice pool in the sun which I enjoyed using (but wasn't much used by other guests). Everything in the house worked well, from the air-conditioning to the open shower. Breakfast (available for 35K) was quite nice. Staff arranged to have us taken to the train station, 700 meters away, by car for free, which we appreciated given our suitcases.
