Everything in this hotel is well thought out. The attention from the beginning cannot be compared to any other hotels we’ve stayed during our month long trip in Indonesia. The staff is very kind and accommodating. We tried the batik workshop and felt deeply grateful for the kindness the experts extended to us sharing their traditions. The massages were also worth booking. We had a very pleasant stay. The food was also delicious! We were worried it wasn’t going to be given the city and that it’s still not touristy yet we were greatly surprised! Thank you so much !!

Struttura a 5 stelle ubicata nel cuore di Surabaya, a 3 minuti a piedi dal Tunjungan Plaza, l'Hotel Majapahit Surabaya MGallery offre camere con bagno in marmo e placcato in oro, giardini... Hotel Majapahit is Surabaya's equivalent of Singapore's Raffles at a fraction of the price. I'll probably never experience the 5-star luxury of the Singaporean version and the Hotel Majapahit obviously cannot offer the same standard as they hopefully do. Nevertheless my stay at Hotel Majapahit was incredible. Hotel Majapahit is a grand hotel on a 3-star hotel price. Our room was charmingly old-fashioned and very spacious, the bathroom was incredible with a bathtub, shower cabin and toilet cubicle. We had a terrace with a garden view. The hotel is huge and one can imagine how lively it must have been in the old days. The swimming pool area was very pleasant and the pool and spa's catering and staff were amazing. Our breakfast at Restaurant Indigo was good and the staff were very kind and very professional. Walking through this historical building and being part of it even if only for one night was something never to be forgotten.
