Grand Hatika Hotel offre una piscina all'aperto, una sala comune, un ristorante e un bar a Tanjungpandan. Questo hotel a 4 stelle offre il servizo in camera e uno sportello bancomat. The staff always were ultra respectful and friendly. Was asked many times if there was anything more they could do to make my stay better. I asked if they could provide butter for for breakfast, then every morning for the rest of the stay a knob of butter was brought to my breakfast table without prompting. A small thing in itself but a perfect example of the attention to detail the staff portrayed.
