Staff were all very friendly, and we received quick service. Spacious facilities, I enjoyed that there were two pools and a lot of seating areas.The beach in front of the hotel was kept very clean. We had half board, which included a buffet breakfast and three course dinner. The food had good flavour and we really enjoyed several dishes. However, the quality was inconsistent — the fish was dry, and the same meal ordered on different days was noticeably different in taste and presentation, with that said we stayed for 4 nights and definitely had more excellent meals. I would recommend this hotel and would return myself.

The resort is on the remote part of the island of Bintan. It’s been beautifully designed with traditional Indonesian straw roof. The pristine small beach is only 50 meters away, the staff are wonderful people with real empathy and and professionalism. The food is also great. If you’re either living in nearby Singapore of visiting for business you really must spent some time in this resort to destress. They also have a highly recommended spa by the river. What’s not to like?

A 5-star accommodation with an idyllic charm, The Residence Bintan offers villas with modern comforts in Bintan. WiFi is accessible in all areas free of charge. From a complimentary transfer from the ferry terminal to top-quality services provided by the entire staff at Bintan (especially Mustika and Fika at the reception), The Residence Bintan was a home away from home. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we had a very much-needed relaxed 2 days (after our fully packed Singapore trip and before the next destination). Nothing was ever too much for the team to support with. From requesting extra bikes to arranging Quad Bike experience for the kids, the team made every effort to ensure our stay was indeed memorable. My 9-year-old son rated the food at both restaurants (Rica Rica and the other in the main area) as one of the best he has ever had! Felt like 2 days went by so fast! This resort is a must for anyone visiting Bintan.

The Sanchaya se nachází na krásném ostrově Bintan, pouhých 10 minut jízdy od přístavu trajektů BBT, a poskytne vám moderní útočiště se soukromým úsekem pláže a venkovním bazénem. Amazing food and facilities but the staff was the star of the show. They take care of every detail. Exceptional!

The team are so accomodating, for a relaxing trip not having to lift a finger this accomodation is perfect! Was exactly what we needed, very peaceful and the food is fabulous especially the breakfast! Felt very spoilt

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The property had splendid views, the most hospitable staff and amazing facilities. It was like living in a dream for a couple of nights honestly. Special shout out to Ms Ledy at the front desk who made every possible effort to make my stay memorable with her kindness and help. Also worth mentioning Ms Ade who runs with conducting Zumba and traditional Indonesian dance classes. I was made to feel super special on my birthday with the room decor and the entire team was splendid to me. There’s spa on site as well which is luxurious! Thank you for the most memorable stay 💜

It was.a unique experience, nice and tranquil, hearing the waves at night was relaxing, food was amazing, they also done a bbq that was very tasty, Ari, Vina and Nana was great hosts and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommended 👌

One of A Kind Resort @Trikora Beach - Bintan se nachází v destinaci Telukdalam a má venkovní bazén, fitness centrum, zahradu a soukromou pláž. Hosté mají k dispozici restauraci a bar. We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!
