The staff were friendly and helpful. The room (with a pool) was spacious and clean. The breakfast was plentiful especially if you like cheese! The atmosphere is calm. The views are fabulous.

The property itself was recently renovated in a consistent fashion with matching hardware, practical and thoughtful furnishings, comfortable mattresses and pillows, etc. The bathroom was spacious, modern, and the hot water in the shower and sink was readily available. The property owners, Tomer and Roy, were the ultimate hosts. The wonderful daily breakfasts served was breathtaking. From the fruit bowls with yogurt, fresh cut salads, delicious baked breads, cream cheese and smoked salmon, croissants, fresh squeezed orange juice, and much more. The overall atmosphere of the property was warm, comfortable, and relaxing.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and balcony was spacious and cozy. And last but not least, the heated floors in the bathroom were an unexpected delight!

Its may be one of the best places to stay in, in Israel. You are in the middle of nature, with full privacy and only 15 min drive from any place in Jerusalem . The room are huge and very authentic! 6 suites only...you can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi at night as well :) The stuff is super friendly and professional, they will assist and help with any requests. I'm so glad we discovered this place. Definitely will be back soon !

The hotel is in a very good location and it has really nice helping staff, Luis in the front desk in particular has helped us a lot and was super nice.

Hotel Herbert Samuel Jerusalem nabízí luxusní ubytování pouhých 800 metrů od jeruzalémského Starého města. Nabízí wellness centrum s krytým bazénem a saunou. Everything was great. The only downside was a broken shelf in the closet and a glaring chip in the furniture. This has no direct impact on our comfort but potentially some room for improvement. Before embarking on my trip, I wanted to confirm by phone or internet that my room would have two separate beds. Despite multiple tries I was only able to confirm this by personally visiting the hotel during my trip a few days before checking in. It should not be this difficult to reach the front desk by phone.
