The hotel is excellently located near the airport (close enough to walk (5 mins)), although prior communication with the hotel (via WhatsApp) assured me that they would have sent a car to collect me. The staff are all pleasant, engaged and willing to help, even if your problem doesn't appear to be in their direct area. My experience was only enhanced (but am sure would have been the same) had I not been upgraded to a suite, but this was a nice touch that I'm sure they didn't need to do. I didn't get to experience most of the facilities of the hotel (pool, rooftop bar) due to time pressures, but the Restaurant was great... varied breakfast, better croissants that I get in US/ European hotels. Staff remember you personally. (maybe also that as a v.tall westerner I am somewhat distinctive!!)

Recommending for those who wanted to stay peacefully from busy life, it's a best place then with good facilities, and food. You should stay min 2-3 days to enjoy the place. We got chance to listen to live music band, which is occasionally. They have a complementary tea & snack bar near to paddy field which was a lovely, and reminds me the old good times. Very good Wi-Fi it's all around the property with good speed. We stayed at pool villa which was a nice option. Special thanks to the Front Office, House Keeping, Food and Beverage team.

After all, you have to take it out before bed, and then the sheet comes out. This is the first hotel that simply places the blanket on the sheet. You don't have to struggle with the blanket before bed.

La colazione a Farmhouse è un must, inoltre consigliati sono i ristoranti Ali Babà & the 41 dishes e Prakrithi Multi Cuisine Restaurant, facilmente raggiungibile in auto. La pulizia della casa è impeccabile, assolutamente consigliabile e da ripetere.
