The manager, Vikas Sirohi is clever bussinessman and massive Tiger enthusiast did everything he could to make sure I and my wife saw tiger in the wild. He personally came with us (at 5.15am) to a different gate to the national park where and made sure we had the best tracker and driver to give us the very best chance of seeing a tiger. Sure enough it worked, because we have seen 4 tiger after hunting, during a meal. Wonderful experience and highly recommended. The property is family run, Vikas' father, who also lives there, is very nice and the entire staff, including Sagar Dharate, are extremely helpful. The garden is extraordinary, there is a sanctuary, lots of birds and sometimes a group of monkeys visit.

Of course I paid all the costs for all these extra services. His attitude was humble, sincere, and helpful. He made my plans smoother. We liked his home cooked vegetarian meals. He himself is a Bageshwar Dham devotee.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. We stayed here with our kids and had an amazing time. The manager Ram has kindly organized all tours for us and offered help with other activities.
