The friendliness of the staff, the exceptionally beautiful decorations - very royal feeling, the lounge access, the care the staff extends - I wasn't feeling well one morning and they arranged for breakfast to be sent up to the room with food that would be supportive for my stomach, wine + cheese were delivered to the room as a token of the hotel to make us feel welcome and guarantee a pleasant stay.

He is so warm, kind, and genuinely caring that it felt like visiting a close friend rather than staying in a hotel. From the moment I arrived, he helped with everything and made sure I felt completely comfortable. He is also an amazing chef — the food he prepares on the rooftop café is absolutely delicious and made with so much love. My only regret is that I couldn’t try the Indian wine that Gaurav, our perfect chef and friend, recommended. This place has a special soul because of him. I would come back just for the host alone. Highly, highly recommended!
