The parking right at the gate was a lifesaver for our luggage. Ambrose is a wonderful host who ensured our check-in was smooth and our breakfast was on time. Suggestions to make it 5-star: We suggest a deep clean of the fridge and fixing a water leak near the ground floor washroom to improve safety. Also, we hope the management secures and opens the terrace soon—it would be a magical spot to relax under the sky. Overall, a lovely stay that I would recommend to larger groups looking for comfort and character."

I'd made a mistake and booked one day later than we intended to, and they made the update to the correct date very smoothly on arrival. Staff very helpful with everything else we've needed. A great restaurant with a very good variety on the menu. Pool is cool and inviting, air conditioning works well, fan in the room as well. Great facilities overall. We extended our stay as we were happy and comfortable at this hotel.
