They are all very friendly and polite and Ali took care of all my needs and more. Highly recommended!

He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

They feature latticework, embroidered furnishings, wooden flooring, state-of-the-art technology, handmade mattresses, bathtubs and large living spaces with the option of inner gardens, private terraces and terrace with a hot tub or pool. This was the most aesthetically beautiful hotel I have stayed in. Staff were welcoming & friendly. We will be back.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. Lovely grounds, super service, friendly staff. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and the environment very serene and relaxing. Highly recommended to anyone traveling to Ranthambore.

Great breakfast and dinner served on rooftop restaurant with fantastic view overlooking fort; large portions and no problem catering for my partner who is Coeliac. Friendly and helpful staff. It’s just a 15 minute walk to the fort and 5 minutes to Sunset Point (which is just behind the hotel).
