The breakfast at Mercure was excellent and the service staff were quite supportive and prompt. The room service staff, in particular Vishnu (Room service executive) made sure that all our needs were met to make our stay more enjoyable.

Nice location. Good staff. Good ambience. Nithin from reception and two other ladies (from North Eastern) staff were very friendly and nice. Sorry I missed the names of ladies staff.

Ubicato a 20 km da Palazzo Chowmahalla e 20 km da Moschea Mecca Masjid, Transit by Encalm - Nap and Shower prevede camere a Shamshabad. We enjoyed a very comfortable overnight stay at this hotel. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The shower was the best I enjoyed in Hydrabad :) We had dinner at the restaurant, and thought the meals were reasonably priced.
