Both suites and upper terrace are beautifully decorated. Angelo was very helpful and even waited for us past check in hours due to a flight delay.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. The room, hotel, and surroundings were incredible but what we will be talking about for years is the service. Not sure if I can say names on here but the very personable lady who checked us in (the one that had formerly worked at Disney) was so incredibly helpful, giving us a tour of the whole property upon our arrival which is quite large and giving us many recommendations for our few days in Puglia. The head of the bar program (the one who had previously worked in London) was so passionate about his craft, making very unique cocktail made almost exclusively with ingredients of Puglia or even the property. Some of the best cocktails we have had and great company too. This hotel is first rate and the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it doesn't get any better! We were quite sad to leave and say goodbye to the staff, thanks again for the great experience.

The location was very close to Pogliano a Mare and Monopoli and easy to get to by car. We enjoyed lots of time at the pool after morning trips to various towns around the area. Highly highly recommend staying here while in Puglia!!
