Breakfast includes a wide range of options. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool as well as a gym and a jacuzzi or warm pool. Massimo, the owner is extremely gentle and helpful. The area is surrounded by good restaurants, parks, etc. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. Beautiful garden with an amazing pool area. The wellness area inside was very nice too, with hot saunas and a pool with cool water. The villa is well kept and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The room had smart TV with ps5 and Netflix. In the evenings the Netflix account was used by too many people, to it's good to bring your own credentials to be able to watch. The breakfast served at a cafe was good and felt very Italian (sweet bread and coffee).

The accommodation itself was superb -clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located to explore the city. The host’s attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring we had a fantastic stay was evident in every aspect of our visit. There is a beautiful pool available for extra charge. Location is great-walking distance everywhere. When we first saw location, we were a bit sceptical as it seemed a bit dodgy, but it turned out there were very friendly neighbours and right opposite there was a tiny stable. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning a visit to Palermo, especially if you want to stay in the center.
