The room was large and also had a large bathroom. It was impeccably clean and well appointed, and included turn down service each evening. The breakfast had a huge variety of dishes to meet just about anyone's needs. The location is perfect, sitting at the edge in the Old Town, making everything walkable. Ordered room service one night and was surprised at the relatively reasonable prices. Booked a massage one day and paid € 90 for 80 min massage. The staff were very friendly and all spoke English. The stay was worth the cost for the level of luxury and service.

Breakfast includes a wide range of options. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool as well as a gym and a jacuzzi or warm pool. Massimo, the owner is extremely gentle and helpful. The area is surrounded by good restaurants, parks, etc. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. Beautiful garden with an amazing pool area. The wellness area inside was very nice too, with hot saunas and a pool with cool water. The villa is well kept and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The room had smart TV with ps5 and Netflix. In the evenings the Netflix account was used by too many people, to it's good to bring your own credentials to be able to watch. The breakfast served at a cafe was good and felt very Italian (sweet bread and coffee).

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features family rooms. Very conveniently positioned for walking into Palermo. The room was beautiful - great for a couple. Tony the host was extremely responsive on message and made the apartment easy to find and was happy to answer any questions we had. We used the facilities of the small pool at the next door hotel for an extra 15 euros which was a nice extra. Overall a lovely stay!
