There was a courtesy Champagne bottle in our room and a hand written letter to welcome us. A free tote bag and an umbrella as gifts. At the check out they gave us a nice gift with a bottle of truffle oil. They really take care of the details.

From the moment we arrived it was a nice experience. They provided us with an upgrade to the room . Rita was the person who ushered us to our room and she was very friendly and helpful . We enjoyed our stay and the village it was a memorable stay overall . Would recommend for anyone .

Amiata Suite si trova ad Abbadia San Salvatore e prevede la vista sulla città e una terrazza. The staff was wonderful and personable. Breakfast was good, European style. Parking provided for a fee. Pet friendly. Location was perfect, we loved the Tuscan village!

At a first sight you can see that owners of the hotel invested a lot to make it perfect. And perfect is the way I would call it. I have not seen a hotel equiped, built and ran with such presicion and perfection. Svetoni crest was ebroidered even on the pillows. In terms of interior and exterior design, there were just no mistakes. Osmosi restaurant was also one of our best culinary experience. And on top of that people are very friendly, we spent an hour after the guided winery tour (which we recommend) with our guide just chatting and discussing Italy and Italian food and bevrages.

Siamo stati accolti da subito con calore dalla receptionist Marianna che sin dall'arrivo é stata attenta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Lorenzo ha impreziosito le pietanze consigliandoci degli ottimi vini da associare. La professionalitá del Direttore della struttura ha reso la nostra permanenza piacevole e accogliente. La spa, riservata solo a noi, é pulita e ben organizzata dalla bravissima Susanna. Ci torneremo presto.

This is a lovely inn/hotel, well located to visit a number of beautiful towns, including Pienza and Cortona. The place is beautifully, subtly decorated and has a warm, welcoming vibe. Cool design, new, very clean, and well maintained. Nice bathroom products. Stand outs were: the staff! All the staff were terrific, from Paolo who greeted us, to the other front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, morning and night, the chef, and the spa staff Cecilia and Tania. Housekeeping did a great job. (The gentleman with glasses who advised on wine -- a treasure!) The restaurant was exceptional, and a prime reason we'd gladly return to stay. Dinner was casually elegant with the most wonderful food. Breakfast was also delicious. Great massages at the spa. Would recommend the couples massage experience. We enjoyed the small size of the hotel, too. We stayed in winter but I'd love to stay in warm weather when you can use the pool and outdoor sitting areas.
