At reception you can book the daily shuttle service between the hotel and St. Mark's Square, with additional cost. this hotel was excellent from the moment we walked in until the moment we checked out! the rooms were clean and really beautiful, the staff is friendly and so kind. we were traveling with 2 small children and they felt right at home! super convenient location in Murano! my husband and I booked a spa treatment for our last day and Elisabetta who did both of our treatments was so sweet and made our stay at the hotel feel incredible. She really showed that she cared about us and what we needed from our relaxing morning. highly recommend booking a treatment as well when you stay at this hotel! the hotel is located about a 3 min walk from the Navagero actv stop too so even though it’s not on Venice mainland, it’s so easy to get there in about 20 mins!

We have been coming here with our little boy and everything is perfect. The food at the restaurant is amazing!

A sauna, free bikes and free Wi-Fi throughout are available. Breakfast was excellent. A large spread and something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the fresh juice and fresh bread. All produce was fresh and all the meals I had were amazing. The bar tender in the lounge bar made me a special drink at my request. Everyone was extremely helpful from check-in to checkout.

The property features an indoor pool with hydromassage functions and a small wellness centre. Close to Venice. Small but clean and air conditioned camping houses with shower and toilet. Fridge in a standard house. But above all friendly and helpful personel and great pizza at the restaurant. Perfect if you don't want to overpay for stay in Venice. With a bus it's only 2 bus stops about 7 minutes. Two way ticket is 3e. Totally recommend.
