Host Takaaki was friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and secluded, as it was a 20-min drive to town. The rooms were spacious and tatami beds comfortable. The kitchenette was well-equipped and everything worked. We were even supplied with milk, juices, eggs and bread for our breakfast. Great value for money, especially given all the overpriced properties in town.

This place felt like a resort, very relaxing, staff were relaxed and chilled and were ever so helpful with any queries. Free ramen and ice pops ! Buffet breakfast was a huge spread and delicious. Very near Furano station. Free washing machine use too !

Very new, modern and spacious room. We knew before hand that there was no restaurant for breakfast so we bought some instant food and really enjoyed the nice lounge for that purpose.

Breakfast is excellent and much better than I expected. Staff is nice and helpful and he refers us a very nice restaurant. Common area is relax and comfortable. Bed is comfortable.

The location was central to most attractions in Furano, such as Tomita Farm, Cheese Factory, etc..The hot spring was fantastic. Especially the room with the tub, which was perfect for a couples' getaway with its exclusive ambience and great view. Complimentary amneties like the free flow hot drinks, ice-cream and yogurt drinks were much welcomed. The roof top space and views was a nice touch too.

Wonderful brand-new hotel almost directly across from the Kitanomine base station, with clean, functional rooms, a nice bar, excellent breakfast buffet, and friendly and competent staff. Well-appointed gym and a luxurious spa with a sauna (actually two separate spas, one for women and one for men). I would definitely come here again!

Everything we needed with thought put into every detail. Homely feel with friendly staff. Breakfast delicious and filling. Common area welcoming with a lit fire, massage chairs and hot drinks perfect for warming up after skiing. Only a couple minutes walk to ski field ticket office and bus stop. Ski storage and drying room. Loved the slippers for using inside. Spacious room with large hanging rack, fridge and room under beds for suitcases. Would go back in a heartbeat.

A great hotel with a Spa and relaxation area on the top floor. Recently built and in very good condition. Good western Japanese and Western Breakfast but with limited options for Vegetarian/Vegan visitors. Very convenient for the train and bus station.
