The staff are incredible and so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location only a few minutes walk from Hibiya station and a 10 min walk to Tokyo station.

Just 500 metres from Miyanoshita Station, it offers indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and a restaurant in a converted Imperial Villa called Kikka-so Inn. Rooms feature bathtubs with natural hot-spring water. The buildings were gorgeous and we loved the history around them. The landscaping around was also exceptional, with waterfalls and foliage.

It's walkable from the train station, our room was fantastic and comfortable. We had private access to a sauna and large soaking tub for 45 minutes which was very relaxing after a day out. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. A traditional Japanese breakfast was served in the room as well. It's a highly recommended place.
