But the staff is very passion to take care our luggage and introduce the facilities very clearly. We love the room size and all the furnitures. There have welcome drink during chek in time. Also have beer, soft drink and Popsicle. The breakfast have many choices and delicious for sure. They also offer few kinds of local ingredients. During our staying, we ordered in room dining dinner- Pork Hotpot, ots really nice and the price is valuable. We willl definitely come back again :)

There is turn down service and valet which cost 2000 yen per night if you are driving. The staff pays attention to details, for example by giving cold bottled drink in the car when we need to use the car. The room size, location and amenities were great. If you want a luxurious resort stay, you can consider Halekulani.

Situated on the Cape Busena in Nago, The Busena Terrace boasts a private beach area, a year-round indoor swimming pool, 2 seasonal outdoor swimming pools and water sports facilities. The hotel also features spa facilities, 8 restaurants and 4 lounges. The service was immaculate. From check in to check out, we were always taken care of from the friendly and attentive staff. The location was absolutely beautiful also.

The hotel boasts indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa facilities and large public baths. Emerald Beach is right in front of the property. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Stunning hotel in a gorgeous natural setting and warm hospitality. I had an incredible time at Orion Hotel. My room was was very spacious and looked out onto Emerald Beach. The entire hotel and my room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Every staff member was exceptionally kind and helpful, and I felt well taken care of. We had both breakfast and dinner buffets on 2 consecutive days and there was good variety and lots of healthy options. The sashimi and nigiri were so fresh! The dine in staff made sure I could avoid dishes that I were allergic to and even provided a allergen chart covering the entire buffet menu. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. The lady at the activities desk was very helpful in getting us discounted tickets to the aquarium and the bus ride back to Naha. The free welcome drink on our first day was a nice touch and we enjoyed our Orion Beer (tasted so good!). The hotel is located in walking distance to the Ocean Expo Park and the Churaumi aquarium. But the even cooler part was that you can always catch the park's tour bus in front of the hotel, which runs every 10-15 minutes and makes it very convenient to go to all the attractions nearby without getting tired. The park bus drivers are also very nice. I was also impressed by the salt hot springs, which were clean, hot and relaxing. You get a dreamy view of the ocean while sitting in the open air hot spring or steam room and it feels like heaven. If you feel like doing a little shopping, you can also check out the stores on the property that carry a variety of gift items at reasonable prices. I was also pleasantly surprised to see so many families with young children and grandparents staying at the hotel. It's a very family-oriented hotel that is accommodating to everyone's needs. I loved seeing all the children smile, laugh and have a good time. Next time, I want to come when it's warmer and check out the outdoor pool and try other restaurants.

Considering the cost per night was very affordable the property felt like a modern resort, not busy, clean, beautiful view, and great service.

The place is really nice, comfortable and feels like home. The view from the porch is great. The room is beautiful. One thing to note - you do need a car here.

Words can barely describe how exquisite our stay was. After traveling the Japanese mainland and Okinawa, we stayed for six consecutive nights with breakfast and dinner included as the final stop on our journey. The hotel’s location on the kouri-island, with surrounding views over the ocean truly is unique. From all we have seen on our travel, the Kouri-island was the truly best finish to our travel. Culinarily, the hotel’s “Bombance”-restaurant offers enriching experiences, with an amazing deep-dive into the Japanese kitchen. Noteworthy is the attention that the staff pays to one’s food-preferences as well as the fact that we also had two nights where Japanese specialty cooking was practiced. Breakfast is rich and diverse, with the choice between European and Japanese breakfast. The pool, spa and sports facilities are top-notch and quiet. A nice amenity is the poolside “happy hour” with drinks (beer, prosecco and non-alcoholic) “on the house” from 12 until 6 o’clock. The hotel is a center of tranquility and relaxation, where one must not care about anything. This would not have been possible without the excellent, friendly and thoughtful staff. On our day of departure even a breakfast-box was prepared as we couldn’t participate at normal breakfast. It sure is unique to have been to a hotel where literally everything was perfect.
