Only the few people staying at the 2 properties can safari on the conservancy. Luckily I had the property to myself and was able to spend most of my time in the bush. The staff were awesome especially the safari guide.

I booked PrideInn myself, which is not a typical move at Masai Mara (usually a tour provider would sort everything out for you for a hefty fee), so I was prepared for things to be a little patchy. Instead, PrideInn defied my expectations at every turn, and ensured that everything was as smooth and seamless for me and my group. Service is outstanding, from the frontperson (Edison and Sylvia), the restaurant staff (Ambani and Dominic) to the guards, the cleaning personnel, waiters, chefs and bartenders. No one spared a smile or a kind gesture and were committed to meet us in our needs and special requirements. Rooms (whether tents or cottages) were exceedingly comfortable and well equipped — proper mattresses, thick blankets, clean towels, toileteries offered, plenty of power outlets, sufficient lighting, hot water (actually hot) running without an issue. Common areas strategically located by the Talek river are a delight. Food was plentiful and delicious. Something for every taste. I am vegan and never found myself wanting; chef was there to answer my questions on ingredients and special dietary requests were met within minutes. Ambani took care of organizing for us a packed breakfast for our esrly morning game drive, making sure that every box was marked with name and packed with the specific things we had selected the night before. For a person with high standards is such a joy to leave an accommodation without a qualm or complaint, only with the certainty that I will come back.

View of river is lovely. Not all rooms have view but lodge view is top. Hippos and crocodiles in river. Great sounds at night. Lovely location for exploring Mara. Staff was amazing. Great food and so nice. Hope I return one day

Neptune Mara Rianta luxury Camp se nachází v severní části Masai Mara. Tento luxusní stanový kemp s výhledem na řeku Mara je obklopen divokou zvěří. I can say that my expectations were exceeded in every aspect. The staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met and most of them have been working from the time the Camp was established and I believe that says a lot about the workplace. The tents are amazing. They pay so much attention to detail. Got woken up with hot tea everyday for early safari drivers and meals were packed accordingly. There was extra attention to my meal preference although it is from a set menu. Lunches by the lake were special. The best of all were my game drives with the guide - Daniel. I got to see all the animals on the first day itself and it was surreal, he was patient and flexible. Had a best massages at the spa. One of the afternoons were spent relaxing by the pool. A huge shout out to Daniel, Robert, Elphas, Sharon and Rose(masseuse). It was truly a different world and the best kind! As a solo traveller, I felt so safe and well taken care of and this is one of the best stays I have every had. I travel quite and bit and felt the customer service here was outstanding.

Muthu Keekorok Lodge, Maasai Mara, Narok is the first property located in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve and it offers traditional accommodations with private patios. Our room has a wonderful view of the reserve. Both mornings we could see elephants from our front door.

My recent stay at the Lorian was absolutely incredible! We planned this trip just a month ago and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Mr. Jeyakumar, Mr. Munees and Arun took care of every detail, from airport transfers to safari arrangements, ensuring that we had a stress-free vacation. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the hospitality at the camp was exceptional. Arun made us feel right at home with his warm and genuine welcome. The organization of the camp was flawless, providing us with delicious meals, a safe environment, and a top-notch safari vehicle for our daily adventures. Speaking of meals, the culinary offerings at the resort were outstanding. They catered to our specific dietary needs and every dish was a delightful fusion of local and international flavors. If you're Indian, you'll definitely love the Masala Dosa, Phulka, and Butter Chicken - they were absolutely delicious! But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the safari experience. As an amateur wildlife photographer, I was thrilled with the expertise of our guides, Benson and Simat. They not only ensured our safety but also provided us with valuable insights and thrilling encounters with the wildlife. They understood the needs of a photographer and positioned the safari vehicle perfectly to capture those breathtaking moments. They even went the extra mile by providing a bed in the vehicle for my comfort, as I was experiencing back pain from all the photography. Overall, our stay at the Lorian was truly unforgettable. The attention to detail, the warm hospitality, and the incredible safari experience made it a trip of a lifetime. We can't wait to visit again!

Our experience at Leisure camp was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everyone welcomed us with such kindness and warmth that we immediately felt at home. The staff are truly the heart of this place, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal freshly prepared and full of flavor. We especially appreciated the care and creativity behind each dish, you can feel the passion of the team in every detail. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, perfectly blending elegance and nature. Waking up to the sounds of the savanna and seeing the sunrise from our terrace was a magical moment we will never forget. And of course, the safari experience made our trip truly special. Our guide, Joseph, was exceptional, knowledgeable, patient, and with an incredible eye for spotting animals. Thanks to him we learned so much about the wildlife and culture of the Maasai Mara, and every drive became an adventure filled with wonder and emotion. Thank you to everyone at the lodge for making our stay so memorable. We left with our hearts full and already dreaming of coming back one day!
