The property was amazing, before we arrived at the property we had a feally bad day (our car was parked in the wrong place and the pollice took it). The staff was really helpfull and when we solved the car problem we were tiered and frustrated. Ahmed made us feel like kings, good food, everything was perfect. The hotel is top, the best we found in Moroco in 10 days. Again thank you Ahmed if you see the post.

Huge thanks to Mr Noureddine and all the team who made our family stay memorable. It was a home away from home for a relaxed couple of days for a much needed rest.

The Riad Louna has a great location in the medina and not far from the point where you would be dropped-off or picked-up a taxi or tour van. The staff at the riad arranged cabs and porters for our luggage, both upon arriving and leaving the riad. As a result our arrival and departure was flawless. Ms Hayat and staff were truly wonderful. They met all of our needs and requests, we being a family of 6 with 2 rooms. They served a very ample and delicious breakfast on the lovely rooftop every morning, arranged for a spa treatment within the riad, helped us with various questions about the area, and arranged shipment of items we accidentally left behind, to us in America. It was a pleasure to interact with Ms Hayat and her staff. The riad is a 3-floor riad with an atrium and within that, there is refreshingly cool dipping pool in a botanical setting. The riad was exceptionally quiet and it is removed from street activity so it was a relaxing and tranquil accommodation insulated from the hustle-and-bustle of the busy Fes world around us. I will note that there are some very nice, comfortable restaurants just a short walk away from the riad, and rather than making recommendations myself, I will let the knowledgeable staff assist you and address your specific needs. Overall, a big thumbs-up from all our family members!

I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at Riad Dar Timrad, and I genuinely wish I had booked a longer stay. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Ali, Moeed, and the entire team made me feel not just like a guest, but like family. Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)

This Hotel is a true oasis of luxury and Moroccan charm, located right next to the city gate with easy access from the train station for just 30 dirhams. The interiors are stunning – from carved wooden ceilings to colorful mosaics and elegant furniture. The rooms are comfortable, beautifully decorated, and perfect for relaxation. The patio pool and cozy lounges create the ideal atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. With fantastic staff and warm hospitality, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone with a clear conscience.
