The Royal Island Resort & Spa is a 30-minute wheeled aircraft ride from Malé International Airport. A mandatory transfer is provided by the resort, and charges are to be paid upon arrival. Everything was perfect , everything was up to our expectation. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious . Rooms were very clean

The hotel staff are very friendly and help with every question. If you can manage without alcohol on holiday, then this is a great choice. You don't notice the airport.

We went with our 8 month old baby and the staff could not have done more for us, they were so accommodating with everything. Even offering to make fresh purees for him. Just wonderful

Union Pay is accepted here in the presence of the cardholder. Everything! From the moment we set our foot on the island, it was paradise. The views were scenic and surreal. The resort staff were well trained and paid attention to every single detail to make sure your stay becomes unforgettable. The food served at the Cowrie Restaurant were top notch and have lots of varieties. Booked one of the lagoon villas and did not regret! We got one of the best views from our sun deck overlooking the Maldives waters.

A special thanks to the professional and friendly staff starting whether the reception, the housekeeping, the restaurant staff, and even the entertainment and activities personnel. A very cozy guest house with kind and helpful personnel. Nice breakfasts. Tidy rooms with daily cleaning. Pick-up and drop-off to the beach, which was extremely convenient. The staff did its best to fulfill guests’ expectations and make their stay as comfortable as possible.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. Outstanding 6 nights stay! Highly appreciated! 🙏 We enjoyed this villa and the whole resort tremendously! All is modern, sustainably maintained and functioning impeccably! The Terrace buffet restaurant and the Skipjack restaurant for lunch and late evening cocktails are fabulous!
