Beautiful hotel, very clean, close proximity to everything, we never took any taxis and just walked to town every evening. Good breakfast. Friendly staff, quick response to special requests. The only downside was the bar and very limited selection of drinks.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. That place is stunning, even the cenote was closed because of the last hurricane we really enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Its a magical place like a little jungle and the staff was more than great! They made our stay special! Big thanks to Luis, Cruz, Alan, Diego.. you guys are amazing! The room was beautifully designed, had all the necessities including a kitchenette and the hotel had hammocks and a pool. On top of that, the monkeys that visited the hotel grounds daily were the highlight of the stay! We could feed them on the ground floor as well as in our own balcony. The hotel was half an hour away from Xel-Ha park and is also extremely close to Xcaret parks Xplor and Xenses.

The rooms were spacious and provided a great view of the lagoon. The balcony was amazing with a private pool and hammock. I enjoyed the restaurant and sun beds as well. The location of the hotel is great and very close to the town. The hotel staff was so kind and they helped us call taxi's to and from the property when we would head to town. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone going to Bacalar!

The location and amenities were fantastic. Bed was comfortable (maybe better quality bedding in 100% good quality cotton would make it even better). Good showers and good water pressure.
