They were very quick to respond to any queries or troubles we had, since we had an AC leak on the first day. They allowed us to leave the apartment at 12pm too upon same day request.

The parking was easy to locate, although there were some hiccups of other tenant parked at our designated area but it was easily solved by the security/management.
