Boasting a private beach and a large infinity pool, The Danna Langkawi - A Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World features colonial architecture and elegantly designed units in the west coast of... Breakfast spread was excellent. Beach was good but beach sports /activities were too expensive. Room was large and the sea-view was really great. Special mention should be made of the Head Chef who entertained our requests for certain items (e.g. Roti Jala) and made our breakfast more memorable.

The privacy, cleanliness, and service from the staff. All was beyond expectations and excellent. The pool was private and clean. The room was fantastic, it was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast options were good. Communication with staff was also easy, via whatsapp.

Massive room with 2 large double beds and lovely bathroom with hot water. Plenty of towels provided. Free cold/hot drinking water and coffee. Every evening mosquito coils lit on the terraces outside the rooms which was a lovely touch! Extremely friendly host who can help with renting a moped. Very peaceful area but also close to all the nearby amenities. Great value for money and one of the best places we’ve stayed in whilst travelling around Asia.

Location, the pool, the rooftop restaurant, super nice staff and waking up to see the sunrise over the sea / mountains from my bed... everything about our stay was perfect and would have loved to not leave them a review and keep this place a secret!

Situata a 3 minuti di auto da Pantai Cenang, La Villa Langkawi - Private Pool è una moderna struttura dotata di 1 camera da letto, di una piscina privata e di un balcone con vista su una vegetazione... We had a wonderful stay. La Villa Residences went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and looked after. Such wonderful touches that felt luxurious. Excellent service. We also had a day at the spa which had reasonable rates and was lovely.

Ambong Rainforest Retreat offers an adult-only getaway amidst tropical surroundings. Located on a steep hill within the rainforest, rooms are only accessible via long staircases. This property is entirely unique. A stone’s throw from bustling Pantai Tengah, it is amazing how detached you can feel from the rest of the world when nestled in your canopy up in the rainforest. I came here for much needed relaxation after lots of travel, and Ambong delivered! It was so serene to sit on my terrace overlooking the distant water, watching the hornbills and monkeys. Breakfast was delicious and I also enjoyed dinner both nights at the Rimba restaurant. I also enjoyed a massage at the spa, and highly recommend it! The real cream of this experience was the staff who were so very kind and attentive. I will be back!
